My Review:
I absolutely love the fact that Scarlett Metal can write a novella that begins and wraps up an incredibly well written story! I have read many novellas where I was thinking where the heck did that come from???? It was if details were just thrown at me trying to paint an image in my mind, but failed miserably. There is not one of her novellas that did not tell the full story of the characters with depth and a unique way of catching an keeping the readers' attention!
Finally continues Scarlett's pattern of excellence! I immediately fell in love with the characters, felt an instant bond to their stories, and had totally lost myself in the book. Marcus and Lauren both think they want a weekend fling and it is so very apparent to us, the readers, that a fling will not satisfy their hearts. I devoured Finally and didn't even bookmark any pages. I read straight through beginning to end because the writing is THAT good!!
Kudos to Scarlett Metal for being a mad little genius at writing theses superstar novellas that never leave us wanting or questioning the stories. Of course, it does leave us with an "I CAN'T WAIT FOR THE NEXT BOOK!" feeling. I give Finally 5 stars on the knock my socks off scale!! I will impatiently be waiting book 2 in The Windy City series. SQUEEE!!!!

We asked Marcus what his requirements in the perfect woman would be! Marcus has a pretty long list of requirements for the perfect woman. It's why no one has been able to snag him until Lauren. Here they are in no particular order:
1. Brains - Marcus is a pretty darn smart engineer. He wants a woman that is his intellectual equal. He doesn't want someone that just wants to talk about the latest Housewives episode and isn't sure who the current vice president is.
2. A sense of humor - He works hard, but he likes to have fun too. He tries not to take things too seriously and wants a partner that is the same.
3. Adventurous - He wants someone that's willing to try things in life, and not just in the bedroom. He likes to be active and have new experiences and wants someone who enjoys the same.
4. Confident - Marcus doesn't want a woman who's not comfortable with herself. He finds confidence incredibly sexy. Marcus is a picky man. If he hadn't met Lauren, he might not have ever found his perfect match.
