Blog Tour: Angel Creek Series by Ada Adams

We are super excited to be a part of the Angel Creek Series tour!!!
A simple mission turned deadly.
Nineteen-year-old vampire Dawn has led a sheltered life within the confines of her father’s presidential headquarters. Upon being sent on a mission to revamp four goofy misfits into guardians of a peaceful little town of Angel Creek, Dawn believes that all her dreams have finally come true. What starts off as a simple task, turns into something unexpected, changing Dawn’s life forever and leading the action-loving, thrill-seeking vampire teen on a path of mystery, danger and intrigue.
When a human girl is kidnapped by a group of rogue vamps, Dawn discovers that there is more going on in Angel Creek than meets the eye. And it all connects to Ethan, the cute newcomer who seems too perfect to be true, Sebastian, the mysterious vampire with a turbulent past, and even Dawn herself. Dawn must not only succeed in revamping the troubled recruits, but must also prevent the vampire race from being overtaken by a malevolent villain who has a strange and obsessive fascination with her. As threat escalates, romance blooms, and ghosts from her past begin to surface, Dawn is sure of only one thing: her life will never be the same.
My Review:

Whew!! I loved this book!! I devoured this book in one sitting! It had paranormal, drama, love, action... EVERYTHING!!

Revamped follows the life of 19 year old Born vampire Dawn. She is the daughter of the vampire president and has always been treated as one of his soldiers. Other than her training as a soldier, she has been very sheltered in her social and personal life. Dawn has a chance to go on a mission for her father and train Angel Creek's new vampire guardians. She quickly jumps at the chance to impress her dad and to do something outside of the House walls.

Dawn soon finds out that her recruits are major vampire misfits and are going to need more than a couple of weeks training like she originally intended. She soon also learns that there is a threat to the vampire race and she will soon have to lean on these misfits of hers for support, help, and friendship.

Upon arriving to Angel Creek, Dawn is also introduced to two young men that soon start to vie to win her attention. This is where the drama and love aspects of Revamped come into place. Ethan is a human and one of Dawn's first friends, Sebastian is a HOT vampire that is distant, moody, and hot/cold with his intentions. Who will win Dawn's heart???

I give Revamped  4.5  stars on the knock my socks off scale. I loved this book and was anxious to read Awakened which is the 2nd book in the series!! I could not wait to see where the mission that Dawn and her misfits end up and how their stories turn out!

NOW.... ReAwakened- Angel Creek Book # 2 !!!
Blurb:
Becoming a vampire guardian was Dawn Fairchild’s ticket out of the Scarlet House. Fresh off a successful mission, life in Angel Creek should have been great. But when her sort-of-maybe-boyfriend, Sebastian, disappears on a quest to help a beautiful vampire from his past, Dawn finds herself amidst a web of danger, lies, and deceit.
Joining forces with Razor, an enigmatic rebel lacking both a verbal and a physical filter, and her band of Misfits—Brooke, Sophie, Hunter, and Seth—Dawn is thrust into a race against the clock to solve the mystery surrounding brutal Born kidnappings and come to terms with the sudden discovery of her own unique powers. With time ticking away and Born vampires’ lives in jeopardy, it quickly becomes evident that someone—or something—desperately wants Dawn and is willing to shed any amount of blood to get her.
Dawn has only one chance to face her demons and overcome all obstacles standing in her way as she embarks on the biggest mission of her life—one that threatens a deadly outcome for all involved.

My Review:

ReAwakened picks up right where Revamped left off!! I once again devoured this book in one sitting. I was so enthralled in the Angel Creek story, that I HAD to finish so I could figure out what happens to Dawn and her team!

In my opinion, ReAwakened is even better than Revamped. This book dives deeper into the back story of each team member and the new characters that are introduced hook me in form the start! I love how Ada Adams took the storyline from Revamped and blew it up in ReAwakened!! There was not any lingering questions from the first book that weren't answered and I felt that this book tied all the loose ends up nicely.

Dawn and her team are still fighting to save the vampire race, but they now have an intricate web of lies and deceit that they are having to go through to save the Born vampires that are going missing. No one is as they seem and ReAwakened has you questioning everyone involved! I could not put this book down and literally did not bookmark any pages!!

I give ReAwakened 5 stars on the knock my socks of scale!! The hard thing about books that are in series is keeping the readers' attention and focus after he first book. Ada Adams definitely does an amazing job at taking her Angel Creek story and adding more characters, action, and angst to keep the reader on the edge of their seat!
